Discover different types of local seaweeds during a beautiful walk on the French Atlantic Love Coast.

You will learn to distinguish différents seaweeds, which one to pick and how to prepare and consume it for its benefits. Seaweeds are packed with nutrients and therapeutic virtues but also have different flavours going from crabe, pepper, butter or even truffles. 

 You will learn everything about seaweeds while having fun.

To wrap up the experiece , participants will be able to taste a home made seaweed spread.​

Material needed:  boots or waterproof shoes, optional: pair of scissors, a notebook and a pen

* NB. Seaweeds foraging walks take place on a low tide, on the foreshore where participants step on the sand, plane rocks and slippery seaweeds so every participant should be carefull all way through the walk. I decline all responsibility in case of fall and damages.

After a walk on the foreshore (if the tide is low, otherwise we'll use drided seaweed) and picking different types of seaweed you will learn how to  choose, prepare, customise and taste différent recipes with seaweed.  A super fun cooking experience suitable for all ages
